Verizon is a popular choice for customers due to its strong reputation. While it may not be available in all areas, customers often rely on Verizon for their Internet needs, whether through Verizon FiOS or Dedicated Internet services.

- Existing* Customers prior to 2020 (MUST VERIFY): Appdirect
*If the customer fell under Appdirect or AVANT BUT is receiving a new invoice, choose Telarus.
Contracts and Renewals:
Telarus' Verizon process has stringent requirements for collecting information before signing any paperwork. This process is crucial for ensuring a seamless implementation, which has proven to significantly reduce installation time with minimal to no issues.
Once the contract for FiOS expires, it will automatically switch to a Month-to-Month with no renewal option UNLESS the customer's needs changed.
Upon the expiration of the contract for Dedicated services, they will transition automatically to a Month-to-Month agreement. It is advisable to actively pursue a renewal to secure the current pricing, even if there are no changes required to the services.
