Contracts and Renewals:
Changes and terminations with RingCentral must be completed no later than 30 days before the contract end date. Contracts automatically renew for 12 months unless the customer indicates not to renew within the 30-day timeframe. To maintain commissions, it is advisable to finalize any changes or renewals by the 30-day mark, update the Deal status to "Closed Won" for internal contract updates, and have Customer Advocacy inform the TSD about the auto-renewal.
