Quote Request Tickets

How do I submit a ticket?

TA

  1. Navigate to the Hubspot Deal, access the Tickets section, and click on the +Add button.
  2. Fill out all necessary fields, ensuring to update the Sales Owner field if the requestor differs from the Deal Owner.
  3. An email notification is sent to quotes@availnow.com.
  4. If information is missing, the ticket status will be updated to "Back to Sales or Rejected," and an email notification is sent to Deal owner.

Sales Support Specialist

  1. Assign the ticket to yourself, change the status to "Assigned," and update the Sales Owner field if it is different from the requester.
  2. +Add Provider Quotes(s) accordingly.
  3. Change Quote pipeline stage to Pending/Waiting.
  4. Record all communications and actions in Hubspot.
  5. Once pricing is received, change Quote pipeline stage to Pricing Received.
  6. Once all pricing information has been received, upload the Quote Deliverable document to the Attachments section in the Ticket, and mark the status Completed.
  7. An email notification is sent to Deal owner.

TA

  1. To request contracts, navigate to the Ticket and the Provider Quote accordingly.
  2. Include notes specifying the product(s) that are being requested.
  3. Change status to Paperwork requested.
  4. An email notification is sent to Sales Support Specialist. 

Sales Support

  1. Upload contracts and paperwork to the Attachments section of the Provider Quote.
  2. Change status to Paperwork Received.
  3. An email notification is sent to Deal owner.
