Opening a commission dispute

If you have questions related to commissions, please follow the steps provided below:

1. Click the + sign on the header and choose 'ticket' from the drop-down menu

2. Give the ticket a generic name - The commissions team will update this to something meaningful as the ticket is worked.

3. Choose "Commission Reconciliation" from the Pipeline drop down menu

4. Select a Dispute Type

5. Make sure you put yourself as the sales owner for ease in tracking the ticket

6. Ticket owner MUST be Krista Topper

7. Provide a detailed explanation of your inquiry in the 'Important Notes' section

8. Associate the ticket with the contract in question *NOTE: If you forget to associate the ticket to the contract in question, the ticket will be reassigned back to you to update

9. Click 'create'

The commissions team will take it from here. All correspondence related to the tickets are tracked under Activities > Notes. If the team has further questions for you, they will tag you in their notes and you will be alerted by email. 

 

How to Check back for updates:

1. Navigate to the tickets under CRM>Tickets

2. Click +Add View and select the view titled "TA Commission dispute tickets"
