Customer accepts auto renew for like terms,
OR
Customer does not respond or indicates that they are working directly with the provider, and it is confirmed the contract automatically renews for the same terms*.
*Applies to Cloud, Collaboration, Security services, and APX.Contract:

- Update with new expiration date.
- Important: Make sure to specify in the scope notes whether the customer was contacted or contact attempts were made. This information will determine the next steps in the process for CA.
- If contact/attempt was made, CA will reach out to customer and biz as usual.
Customer does not accept auto renew but accepts M2M.
Contract:
- Change term to M2M. Remove End Date.
- If provider requires an official "Do Not Renew", record in the order notes so CA can send to the provider.
- CA does not need to process, unless a case is needed for DNR.
CLOSED NO RESPONSE
Customer does not respond and contract goes to M2M since it cannot be renewed,
OR
Customer states they are working with a direct representative and contract expiration unknown.**Applies to most Connectivity providers wtih the exception of APX.
Contract:
- Change term to M2M
- In order notes, record no contact with customer or directly working with provider.
CLOSED LOST
Customer does not accept renewal and indicates leaving.
Contract:
- Change term to M2M.
- Contract stays active until goes inactive.
